Kristina offers versatile training options to cater to diverse preferences and circumstances. She provides both in-person and virtual training classes, enabling clients to choose the format that suits them best. Additionally, she extends her expertise through a membership website, which grants access to a collection of strength and mobility videos. To foster ongoing engagement and community interaction, Kristina also conducts weekly live classes via Zoom.

The Kits Energy Cycling Club stands out among other clubs due to its customized approach in assigning riders to groups that align with their skill and fitness levels.

By ensuring that all riders cycle at a consistent speed and share similar training objectives, the coach is able to create a training program and design specific workouts that cater to the needs of each group member.

Through these individualized workouts and the supportive atmosphere of the club, cyclists are motivated to push their limits and achieve their full potential, with the assurance that no one will be left riding alone.

The club runs from April to September with registration opening in January. Each group is limited to 20 riders.
